Overview
I designed and built a multi-channel POS system for Fascino, one of the finest fashion houses in Bangladesh. It brought sales, inventory and customer management together across their retail channels, which made day-to-day operations more efficient and the system easier to use.
Key Contributions
- Architecture — Designed a modular architecture that supports selling across multiple retail channels and can grow with the business.
- Team leadership — Led the development team, split up the work and kept delivery on schedule.
- Full-stack development — Wrote frontend and backend code myself, with attention to performance and security.
- Integrations — Connected the POS to inventory management, payment gateways and reporting tools.
